Maximizing Performance with a Heart Rate Monitor is a workshop for anyone interested in maximizing their health, fitness and performance using a heart rate monitor.  This workshop is packed with eight (8) hours of important heart rate monitoring information that applies to everyone, from convalescents to competitive athletes.

Overview

The workshop will consist of two (2) half day sessions.  Part 1 includes the following topics:

Modifying your Heart Rate Training Program.

If you are interested in learning how to maximize your athletic performance, then you don't want to miss this workshop.  The material covered will help you recover from surgery, loose those extra pounds or set a PR (personal record) at your next athletic event.  You will learn why heart rate monitors are the best way to measure your workout intensity and control the urge to workout too hard.

Learn how to avoid the most common workout mistake that everyone makes, from the "New Years Resolutioner" to the accomplished athlete.   Maximize your performance by using a heart rate monitor to workout at the correct intensity for your current fitness level and goal.

Private Workshops

A private Maximizing Performance with a Heart Rate Monitor  workshop is a great way to learn how to maximize your performance in a small personalized learning environment.

The workshop can be held at a private residence or a company's workplace.  The location needs to be quiet, comfortable and conducive to learning.

Private workshop rates are very reasonable starting at $500 for a minimum of five (5) persons, each person 6 through 10 will be charged $100 per person.

A completed Coordinator Private Workshop Request Form is required to schedule the private workshop.

bullet

Please submit the completed Coordinator Private Workshop Request Form  at least five (5) business days prior to the requested private workshop date.

bullet

Once the completed Coordinator Private Workshop Request Form is received an instructor will be scheduled based on instructor's availability.

A completed Attendee Private Workshop Registration Form due from all the attendees except the coordinator at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the private workshop.  (HeartFit will need time to make sure that every attendee has the material necessary to maximize their performance during the workshop)
